Delivery Policy At NGHTOWL Off-road, we specialize in custom-built, specially manufactured goods that are made to order. Our truck toppers are custom made for each individual customer. We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for your custom truck toppers and other products. Please review our delivery policy below. 1. Delivery Method All toppers and large items are shipped via freight truck. Once your order reaches a local distribution warehouse near you, a freight driver will contact you to schedule the final delivery. Due to the nature of freight shipping, deliveries are scheduled based on the carrier’s availability. 2. Production & Delivery Timeline
  • Production time: Production typically takes 35-60 days, depending on the selected options and truck model. After production, each topper undergoes a quality check to ensure the correct options and mounting hardware are included. Once approved, the topper will be powder-coated, packaged, and shipped.
  • Shipping Time: Freight shipping for large items like truck toppers can take 35-60 days, depending on logistics and distance. While most orders arrive within 10-14 weeks, some may take 16-18 weeks in rare cases due to unforeseen shipping delays.
  • Other Products:
    • Roof Top Tents & Drawer Systems: Estimated delivery time is 6-14 weeks, depending on availability and demand.
3. Freight Details Once your order arrives at a local distribution center, a freight driver will contact you to coordinate the delivery. Because this is a freight shipment, you will not receive a tracking number. Instead, we will provide an update when your order is ready to be delivered. 4. Local Pickup If you are located near Austin, Texas, you may choose to pick up your truck topper directly from our facility at no additional cost. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup instructions. We can also install it for you. Important Notes
  • Due to the size and weight of our products, delivery times may vary based on freight carrier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time. Freight deliveries typically require a signature upon receipt.
  • Cancellations: Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled. If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, additional fees may apply.

We understand that proper fitment is crucial for your truck topper. In the unlikely event that your topper does not fit correctly, We are committed to making it right. We will provide the necessary replacement parts or adjustments to ensure that your topper fits as intended.

We stand firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To provide you with peace of mind, NGHTOWL Off-road offers a **2-year limited warranty** covering manufacturer defects on the following components:

– **Hinges**
– **Hardware**
– **Window Struts**
– **Installation**

1. **Duration:** This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase, applicable only to the original owner.

2. **Coverage:** In the event of a manufacturer defect in any of the covered components, NGHTOWL Off-road will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part. This warranty does not extend to cover incidental or consequential damages.

3. **Exclusions:** This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation not performed by NGHTOWL Off-road authorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Any costs associated with the removal, reinstallation, or transportation of the topper, except where installation was originally performed by NGHTOWL Off-road.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact NGHTOWL Off-road within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We may request photographic evidence or require that the defective part be returned to us for inspection.

**Important:** NGHTOWL Off-road reserves the right to determine whether any defect is covered under this warranty. In cases where the defect is found to be outside the scope of this warranty, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including repair, replacement, and shipping.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any defects in your NGHTOWL Off-road truck topper. NGHTOWL Off-road’s liability is limited to the terms set forth above, and we do not assume or authorize anyone to assume on our behalf any other obligation or liability.

No Return/Refund Policy

At NGHTOWL Off-road, our products are custom-built and classified as specially manufactured goods. Due to this classification, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Finalization & Production

  • Your order will enter production within 48 hours of being placed.
  • Once production begins, all sales are final—we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. 

Why No Returns or Refunds?

  • Our products are specifically made for each individual customer.
  • Manufacturing begins 48 hours after purchase, and cancellations cannot be made once labor and materials are allocated to your order. 
  • As specially manufactured goods, our products are not easily re-sold by NGHTOWL Off-road as they are custom fit to each customer’s specifications. 

By purchasing from NGHTOWL Off-road, you acknowledge and agree that this is a binding contract for your custom order.

At NGHTOWL Off-road, we work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible. However, because our products are custom-built and shipped via freight, there are times when delays happen that are out of our control.

  1.  Lead Times Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

    The production and shipping times we provide are based on averages and can vary.

    Delays can happen due to high order volume, material shortages, freight issues, or supply chain disruptions.

    We do everything we can to keep things moving, but we cannot promise exact delivery dates. Once your order has shipped, We will have the most accurate estimate, and be able to update you frequently.

  2. No Liability for Delays

    We are not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconveniences caused by unexpected delays.

  3. Customer Acknowledgment

    By placing an order, you agree and understand that lead times may change and that NGHTOWL Off-road is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
